I would say a majority of the starting quarterbacks in college are at least in their third year of college football. If you’re starting a freshman, it’s because your starter got hurt or your team sucks or both.

I think having an experienced bell cow running back that is experienced is also beneficial for a young running back in pass blocking as well
 
Also, since everyone thinks we’re never going to be able to recruit qb’s because we used the portal
