Of the teams we played so far, NC St is most like BC. They do not have a running threat at QB, they are a power run/blocking team, they have solid skill players but no stars. I am sure that the BC game will be the template for which both teams prepare and game plan. Here are some things I would like to see:

- Have our back seven gained a greater understanding of zone/man concepts. They are sure to see a lot of similarities to the routes and plays run by BC. They are more than talented as we know but have they been coached up and learned.
- Can we pressure Glennon? Rettig had by all standards a walk in the park while in the pocket. Against BCC we were able to get some pressure and throw in a few blitzes. Does coach D have enough trust in the secondary to go after Glennon or just play it vanilla?
- Slot receivers, tight ends, backs out of the backfield. Will we continue to cover with a backer or use our safeties more? RBs and TEs hurt us in the BC game. How will NC St use them? How will Coach D differ this week than v BC?

I think this is much more of a yard stick game than GT was. It will really show how our young talent has responded to coaching and how quickly they have improved.
