He also won the pushup challenge. This guy is a true program changer.

The way he pushed through the last few meters to win the state championship in hurdles said a lot about him.

On the board, Wiltfong said that Lingard takes a lap around the field before anyone gets out there.

Cant wait to see him running behind Scaife, Reed, and our man child Realus George.

I hope we implement some more power concepts for him. Looking at the offense he ran in high school he looks like a more down hill runner to me. Not to say he can't run the zone, but this kid has the jets and I want him to go north and south NOW

He's a got **** Nike or Gatorade commercial. That's the kids you need. Self motivated.

He's a leader already that's great news also get the feeling slacking will not be tolerated by this kid. Don't know when but #6 doesn't seem to far off imo.

Says everything about him. I've been beating that drum since I saw him pull out that win. That couple of seconds of him pushing beyond whatever anyone else would have pushed beyond to win told me everything.

We need more of that winner juice in the program, and he's going to bring it in spades. The days of cheesing and hugging people around the neck and talking about "they're on scholarship too" after losses should start coming to an end with this sort of guy coming in.

It's the type of attitude that becomes contagious. It was what those Miami teams of old were made of.
