Al Golden preaches consistency. we hear him mention it ad nauseum. yet oddly enough, his offensive coordinator is the biggest offender with regards to lack of consistency. Now i don't hate fisch or love him. i think he could be a plenty good enough OC. but the grab bag, helter skelter, 60 different alignment, no repeat play offense is killing us. i think a lot of the false starts, missed reads, poor throws, dropped passes, 3 and outs, etc. can all be traced back to trying to do waaaaay too many different things on offense. people talk about having an offensive identity. ****, i'd settle for a theme, motif, anything.

A complex offense needs a smart QB. When does Olsen get here?

We now know why Jacory was able to start for 4 years.

There's no doubt that morris deserves his fair share of criticism. i just don't think fisch helps him (or others like our underwhelming tight ends and drop happy receivers) out any or puts them in a position to succeed given their obvious limitations. given a smart capable QB like we all hope olsen turns out to be, i have complete confidence a wide open playbook with fisch at the helm could make miami a dangerous dangerous offensive team. but we don't have the players. so why run the plays (all 80000 of them).
