It all depends on $$$. Networks can make added $$ available if the programming makes sense. Adding a 9th conference game and bigger brand OOC games + in the case of the B10 - adding the state of Florida = incremental carriage fees. The same targets - FSU, Clemson, Miami, UNC. The ACC backfills with USF etc and the ACC continues to generate tourist revenue to Charlotte. Everybody wins.
