There are a handful of teams in all Div 1 FBS that are undefeated. Only some of those handful have been world beaters every week.

So there is one option better then where the canes are, undefeated and pretty.

every other option involves a loss.

yes worried about fsu but I'll take it any way right now

or did some of you forget the last decade ?

Agreed.

Don't give a **** how we look right now, enjoying the win. I'll worry about the weaknesses later this week.

Exactly..Ill take an ugly 7-0 over a pretty 5-2 anyday..

I am mentally drained after watching that game jesus

Just enjoy the ride. You'll be a lot happier if you don't expect the 2001 Canes out there every week.

false dichotomy.

you can be undefeated and look like you will remain undefeated (or even 1-loss) at the end of the regular season.

we are undefeated and look like we'll lose to not only FSU, but VT or some other team as well.

Over 120 fan bases would trade with us in a heart beat.

even if, god forbid, we lose to fsu, we likely won't drop far- see ucla and even Clemson.

We don't pass the eye test for sure.
We could/should be a lot better.

It's not hating just common sense.
If we don't develop a balanced offense soon we are at least a 2 loss team. IMHO

as always GO CANES!!!!

7-0. No such thing as an ugly win (or a pretty loss). The team is finding a way, unlike anything we've seen for years. There are very clear talent and experience deficiencies on this team (just look at all 3 of their TDs), but the improvement over what we've seen in recent years is also very clear. As a fanbase, given where we came from as recently as last season, we should all be very pleased with the way this season has gone.

um, yeah but only if you expected this team to be undefeated. It's not a false anything. I'll take what we got so far. We lost games like this for the last decade. Period.

If uf loses to UGA today, we will only have ONE win over a team with a winning record...GA Tech, who is 5-3.

We complain about Louisville and the asterisks but our schedule to date is nothing to brag about.

"that ****" is a factually accurate statement... But I do agree that uf was a much stronger team when we beat them.

7-0. And Louisville got beat at home by an unranked team (admittedly a pretty good unranked team, which is now ranked).

It is simple, It is great to be a Miami Hurricane

I'm not worried. We have already won as many games as last season. Still will wait until the season ends to give my complete thoughts on the year. Game to Game is too much of a roller coaster ride.
