Columbus went up early on Killian and had flashbacks of the last regular season game when Killian was coming back, but the Explorer's held onto win 36-19.

-Jaquan Johnson is one of the most elite players in the 2015 class and I can only name a few even close to his skill level. I recently noticed that Johnson is taller then listed as he looks like 5'11 rather than 5'10 listed. Granted that is still somewhat short for a safety but he is a flat out playmaker. He had a diving interception right before the half to keep Columbus from scoring. Miami needs to get on this kid ASAP.

-Trumaine Washington impressed again, Washington had a very nice interception and added a very nice return to it. Washington has terrific ball skils and great speed. I noticed also he is very strong for his size as he is got off blocks well and threw down some blockers.

-Lorenzo Woodley added another three touchdown game. He has now racked up nine touchdowns in three games. I can honestly say that after watching Woodley for three years, this was without a doubt his best game ever. He ran like an animal today and is didn't seem to show any let up. I can recall a play where he ran into two killian defenders and continued chopping his feet and churning his legs for extra yards and pushed for 5 extra yards. I might be a little biased here, but I truly believe Miami may want to take a good hard look at Woodley before the chance goes away.

-Calvin Brewton and Oshton Armstrong were both out this game with ankle injuries. Brewton should be back next week.

Columbus will face Cypress Bay next week in the State Semi-Finals
