Any news on where they will be?

Looking at the lineup that day their choice boils down to these three games.

1. #10 UF @ Miami Noon Kickoff on ESPN
2. #6 USC @ #5 UGA on ESPN
3. #14 ND @ #17 Michigan on ESPN

USC at UGA seems like the no brainer game to do but that game between two SEC team gets played out weekly. Nothing really intriguing about except two highly ranked teams.
ND at Michigan looks like a high possibility as well but again, that game gets played every year.
UF @ Miami should really get some strong consideration. If a lack of crowd is concern for ESPN then it shouldnt be as Miami is adding an extra 10K seats to an already sold out stadium. And being a noon kickoff guarantees a raucous crowd for the show.
Plus could be some interesting story lines do the NCAA penalties.
This is as good a game for them to come down.

who cares...having gameday will not increase our chances of beating the turds. I could give a rats as.s whether or not Lee "Lou Holtz part deux" Corso is in the parking, putting on a mascot head, or giving head in his dressing room.

All we should be concerned with is beating the fuggin **** out of the **** turds.

Go Canes!!!

Always bet SEC. I wonder if they'd still go to Athens if UGA loses to Clemson the week before. Not that they'd come to Miami, they'd go to ND-Michigan instead.

For the life of me I still don't understand why Miami vs UF is not the primetime game that night...

Notre Dame looks like it could be the 3pm game and

USCe seems very overrated...

The sites for the early part of the season are usually already made. And if the preseason narrative means anything, those plans don't included us. Or this game in particular.

This was explained when it first was scheduled. The 3:30 slot for ABC/ESPN is regionally televised and ESPN has a commitment for the night time slot for NASCAR that day. The only other nationally televised slot is 12pm and ESPN wants this game nationally televised.
