I'm no insider, and have no secret sources or anything like that.

A buddy of mine is a huge bama fan. Went to the school, follows them religiously. He asked me what I thought about Coley because he may have been contacted by Saban recently about the vacant OC job at Bama.

Just some speculation, and He's pretty sure Kiffin is a done deal, but just thought I'd share
 
Coley has a long way to go as a play caller, but he is still lauded for his recruiting ability.
 
Hey, I'm no insider, either, but pal of mine who is a huge Bama fan - took a few remedial classes there and married his second cousin - asked me what I knew about the new coordinator at Florida, Kurt Roper. Word was Saban might throw some extra money at him and bring him to Tuscalooosa. Also talked about possibility of re-assigning Mario and wanted an opinion on Rick Trickett at FSU.

Let's start a new rumor that hurts our recruiting efforts leading up to signing day since the last one is about to end.

He can have Coley, but has to take Mark too-- package deal. We will take up donations to pay the freight charges.

not trying to troll anything. Just posting what my boy mentioned to me as a possibility for their OC job. No need to get all emotional bruh.

And sorry my post count isn't high enough for you. Got better things to do than post 2,900 times on a message board.

The only reason saben would want coley is to get instant access to SoFl kids

You don't have to hire an OC to get access to SoFl kids. Any position coach can do that. You really need competent coaches in coordinator positions. (Al, are you listening?)
