If Diaz leaves to be a HC we’re 100% losing Banda as he’d follow Diaz.

and this train wouldnt stop because we have the guy who hired them MR and Kool................as long as we have those two we good. Im confident MR can replace anyone on this staff except KOOL n kool aint ever leaving

If we loss Diaz and Bandy I'd like to see us promote Kool, then bring in Michael Barrow and Ed Reed.

I 100% agree with you. I love Diaz as a coordinator but his LB recruiting is definitely suspect. I know you agree with that!

I think losing Banda will be tough too because he’s really done a great job of building relationships in this state. Gotta tip my hat to the guy for going all out.

I actually think Kool will make a great DC. I wouldn’t be shocked if we didn’t skip a beat. I wonder if we’d just make Rumph the secondary coach instead of hiring another DB coach.
