Just wanted to point out that Clive was ballin on Duke's 1st TD run.
Puts their DE on his a$$ and then makes his way up field for a crucial block to break Duke free

yea i noticed that last night watching the game all chief'd up...think i watched that play 7 times in slow tracking before coming out of my trance
 
The thing is though he almost cost Duke the TD by stepping on him, he made up for it by hustling and making a block infront of Duke. His blocking on the second TD was **** poor though. All in all he still needs to get better.
 
Lots of great blocks on that play. ****. Flowers, Walford, Feliciano, Dorsett, Scott.

I brought this up before but if our WRs continue to block like this, Duke is going to rack up the yards.

Love the hustle to get down field after the first big block, could've easily said that's good enough, but warlord went looking for more guys to hit.
 
Really nice play by Walford. In fact lots of effort from all involved on blocking downfield, its something we haven't always seen over the past decade.

From my rewatch after getting back from the game I thought the TEs played well despite not being targeted often in the pass game.
 
Go look at Duke's second TD run. INstead of cutting it to the outside after he hit he seam, he stays upright and runs right behind and past his blockers,twisting the DB. IF he would have run right to the outside, the way 90% of RBs do on any level, they could have had an angle to push him out.

Some of our guys missed on blocks downfield on both TD's but it's still nice that we had guys getting to that level to block and Duke just blows past everyone either way.
