Clinton Portis and Duke bonding

Hadn't seen that. Thanks for sharing. I think was is most impressive, aside from the great singing, is how similar in size the two of them are to one another. To think they have the same style in terms of running, I can only hope Duke channels his inner Clinton on Saturday and shows up big.

As a Skins fan, it was kind of sad that towards the end of Portis' career that you could tell he just wasn't enjoying football and being around the game the way he did before Sean Taylor died. Sean was one of his best friends and it really hit him hard. It makes me happy to see him around the game enjoying himself, and even he's helping younger Canes learn from his experiences while doing so.

Duke, like Clinton, is a complete football player. He could've easily been a star defensive back.

Portis is a great dude. I'm a part of the Make a Wish Foundation at The U and two years ago we had a celebrity softball game to raise money. Clinton along with many other celebrities were invited. He agreed to come, so a friend of mine and I picked him up and brought him to the game. He bought me and my friend lunch and ended up being the only big named celebrity that cared enough to show up that year. He would do anything for the U.

Gotta give crediit to Portis. The guy can't sing but he is doing a good job mentoring Duke. And that is just in two short videos posted here. Who knows what else they talk about when the cameras are off.

Great job.

Good stuff from Portis. Kind of surprised they put out that video midseason.

Why is he getting advice on how to carry the football midway through his sophomore year of college? This can't be the first time he's been shown. It's not a secret.

Sweet shirt Portis has in the first video. Any idea where to pick one up?
