CIS recommendations for a better Recruiting Strategy

Outside of Firing every bloodclaat coach on the Staff and telling Mork to go suck his momma.

List your recommendations below.

First thing First, offer ever single kid in the Tri-County with Multiple P5 offers. I dont care if the kid has offers from Duke, Indiana, and Washington State. Offer the kid and recruit him as a priority.

Secondly, Once you have recruited kids for months and they have taken multiple visit, tell that mf to **** or get off the pot. No more Mr. Nice Guy "Enjoy the Process" BS. I can tell you right now Clemson and the true Elite programs aren't telling kids to enjoy the process.

Third, Identify and recruit the National Kids WHO TRULY WANT TO COME HERE. No more holding a ******* offer back. If a elite kid reaches out to us and expresses interest in being a Cane, recruit that kid as hard as anyone else.

Fourth, Either Mark Richt needs to start personally recruiting a kid like an assistant coach or GTFOH. Just like how we need dawgs on the field, we need dawg *** coaches in recruiting.

Fifth, cut the ******* kids off that are truly playing us. No more of this hand holding **** because we have been left holding our ****s far more than we are left holding a NLI.

all Organizations assume the personality of their leadership. Deacon Richt has a laid back attitude and that seems to negatively impact the program and recruiting. awful performance today culmination of a lousy year.........

Recruit Nationally. This U is a national brand so we should be all down the eastern seaboard and in the tide water area of VA. Mainly every state that there are acc teams and hit Louisiana and Tx a bit harder.

Hire a real recruiting department similar to what UGA, BAMA,OREGON has. Should of known it was a sh*t show when Kirby smart went to UGA and had to revamp the whole recruiting outlook and thing at UGA.

I dont know how much they pay the people in that department but they basically hound recruits, evaluate tepes, etc. They likely keep some form of connection with kids. This is what we need because the current guys on staff pretty much suck as a whole on reading guys or understanding the recruiting landscape (Rumph, Richt Jr, Simpson (new), Brown (****y)

Bama pays $55K for each person in their recruiting department to look at Hudl and mail leftlets all day.
