Help me understand why a guy who played for a NC at Miami, and 10 years later goes back and gets his degree at UM, on UMs dime, has a grudge against the program. Makes NO sense at all. WTF gives??

Their recruitment wasn't the "event" that the Chatfield/Silvera/Surtain/Campbell recruitment has been. Didn't feel the need to talk to him about them last year.

If that is your reasoning so be it, but plenty of people were interested in whether we would continue to completely whiff at Heritage during the last cycle. Nesta must really love Florida or have another visit planned this week that hasn't been announced yet because he doesn't appear to be a 3-4 DT.

The Herbert/Slaton recruitment didn't have this much drama. I talked to him after they committed to ask him how good they were, but that's it.

Is it really far fetched? He’s been there on defense since they were freshmen. The only one he probably doesn’t have much influence over is Patrick Surtain and that’s only because of his father.

It's easier for some to direct anger at a familiar anti-UM target than blame or express skepticism about anyone on our current staff. Similar to the last negative update on the Heritage recruits where Sony Michel was the target of scorn for influencing Campbell.

We havent heard a peep about Chad Wilson all cycle until now. Im sure he runs his faqquit mouth about UF but Im not believing the AH kids are going elsewhere because of him.

Broward cats notoriously are front-runners. They don't have the same South FLA pride that Dade kids have.

Tons of "FSU fans" and "UF fans" in Broward.

Loosing Sony is still hurting us more than we ever would have thought when he committed to UGA. If Tyson commits there they will have another recruiter for AH for the next 3-4 years. The cycle might continue :monkey-serious:
 
not really stressing what this kid does... He's undersized and slow. Yes he was ultra productive, but doubt he turns out like Terrell Suggs.. Don't think he has those same intangibles. Do think him coming would help with Campbell and Surtain though
