That was literally the biggest bull**** I ever read, they simply looked a the offer sheet and ranked the teams based on top 25. Perfect example: Collins. Sure we may have a 30% chance because he's an FSU lean due to his buddy going there (good point), but according to them he's a UF lean, why? Theyre a good team. Thank you bleacher report for only factoring offer list and top 25 polls
