Keep an eye on this kid... he got moved from DE to LT this spring and his ceiling is through the roof. 6'4 1/2, 265, with ridiculously long arms.

Cristobal asked him to camp at Bama so that Saban could approve his offer.

Here are his highlights on defense from last year. You can see he's a plus athlete.

Man **** Cristobal, we need to start making life for him miserable down here in South Florida.
 
Christobal has to get approval from Saban before he can tell a kid he has an offer? Why the **** don't Saban come down here instead. Seems they don't like Mario OLine decisions. Sacked him as OL coach and now he has to get approval from saban before offering. If it wasn't for his SoFl recruiting they'd sack his *** already.
 
He would have to gain 35/40 lbs to play tackle at the D-1 level...Looks like a killer at d-end, why move him...

Because he's 16 yrs old and is already 6'4.5" 265 lbs with ridiculously long arms with good feet plus athleticism. He won't sniff a college weight program for 2 years and I would say there is a great chance he ends up 6'6" 290+ by the time he sets foot on campus. Then another year or two before he is expected to contribute in college. I think that starting to groom him at LT now is a very astute and proactive move IMO.
