Rumph is following him on twitter, which means they at least evaluated him and said no thanks. Also, to be fair, none of those schools are really known for DBs.
 
Was mentioned on this board couple months back...We were supposedly at least evaluating. Pure safety prospect imo, and not a bad one at all. Like Emerson a little better, but this kid isn't bad.

Not making a judgement call on this kid specifically, because I’ve never watched his tape, but this staff has said they aren’t just taking warm bodies. We will see how long they can keep that up, but for this cycle I think they’ll stick to it.
 
If you aren't a believer of a kid then as a staff you never take him especially when you feel like you're taking away a chance he'd have at another school because you want him just for a roster spot

There is crazy untapped talent in Broward. I know it’s hard though with kids transferring to STA, AH, Deerfield, Chaminade, etc but there are fbs p5 guys out there. Especially in the 2021, 2022 classes. Dillard High has some studs coming out soon and so does Plantation. Powell was a great athlete too.
