I know its early, but this class has the potential to be the best yet in RichtEra. Here's why..... (P.s all these guys have high/legitimate interest in Miami)

QB - (1-2) Obviously Max Johnson is high on us due to family ties. Could unintentially be the ambassador just because hes an elite QB. This could be a BIG time get with the skills in this class and another Georgia pull. Harrison Bailey & Greg Spann both high on us

RB- (1) Don Chaney.... But if some how some way we dont get him the RB class is stacked with guys of mutual interest.. Knighton, Bowman, Toafili, McCluster, Marks

WR- (3-4) LOADED... Britt, Fleming, Manuel, Rosemy, McDougle, Robinson, Burton...

TE - (1) Mammarelli. National Guy.

OL - (4) Jalen Rivers is ELITE. Next Navaughn. Dumervil is a house, Denis, MillerLewis

DL - (6) Interior DL class has crazy talent in state. 4 comitted already.. Anaele, Roberts, Riggins, Moise. Jalen Carter the staff believes hes best player in state. Timothy Smith looks like a SEC DT right now. DE we have Chantz and Latarie.

LB - (2-3) Wingo. Unsure who else they have targeted

DB - (3-4) Gray and Avantae and F Davis. Im shleep doe.

Most of these guys are national already and if they aren't they will be after this season. This makes a class of 25.

This could be our best class ever. I think this is the class that we’ve really hit hard from a local standpoint. We’ve been the first program on most of these kids and we’ve had recent success. IPF+success+relationships is what Doherty and CMR laid out and it will pay off big time (it already is).

I agree. State is loaded in 2020 across the board.

It's all wishful thinking until it's not...been following recruiting for a hot minute and it means nothing until they sign. Similar comments were made about the 18 class. Now, we did sign some studs, but also missed on some pretty elite players that we thought we had a solid chance at getting.

Substitute mental *********ion for wishful thinking. We go through this every year.

That said, we'll likely have a very good class.

That determination isn't made when they sign but once they're gone. We don't know how these guys are gonna pan out. I don't think you quantify recruiting success by hits or misses on signees, but how the class plays throughout their years at the school.

This staff does not seem to be one bit afraid of cooling on highly rated guys in favor of under the radar guys, and I'll trust our evaluations on local prospects over Rivals all day long.

We missed on 2 elites,jobe and Campbell. You can say we were in the game all you want for surtain but when in reality we wasn’t. We signed a bevy of elite guys in the class period
 
would the first game of this class be vs Bama or is that the 2021 class?
 
I agree as well that the 2020 class will be the best so far for Richt, in terms of pure ranking.

I started a thread earlier saying that 2019 will not be as high on the composite as 2018. Well, 2020 will be higher than both. I think 2020 will be a legit Top 5 class.

Keep an eye on Anthony richardson as a possible qb offer this Saturday. Gonna go and watch him throw at the camp, good friends with his cousin. They really like him.

They are recruiting McCluster as a safety.

There is also Jaiden Francois and Keshawn Washington ton who they like at DB. I think Washington will grow into a LB on next level. Saw him at the Regional few months ago.

They like Caziah Holmes at CB too.

They are also recruiting Devon Betty at Lb from STA. He has an offer.

They’ve slowed down on Miller Lewis. Keep an eye on some local guys like Alex Mirabal, Lloyd Willis, Jovens Janvier.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Riggins decommitted from Miami. Hasn’t been much contact with Jess and him.

I wouldn't be surprised about riggins . The interior DL class is only going to be elite guys in 20

I would rather have Westley Neal then Trevon Riggins...
 
Another year, another, "this could be our best class ever" story line.

Does it ever play out like that? Haven't we already had three 5-stars de-commit from that class?
