Darius Stokes, one of the most underrated prospects in South Florida for the 2020 class, was in Coral Gables yesterday for a visit. Stokes is a huge Diaz fan and likes the changes Diaz has made.

"It's more Miami 305 swagger, all of that. It fits me."

While Southern Mississippi is the only school to offer Stokes so far, schools like Miami, South Carolina, FIU, LSU, and UCF have all been in contact. I expect some of these schools to offer Stokes this spring. Should Stokes land a Miami offer his college decision will become very easy.

"Miami is number one. I don't want to leave Miami for college."

He is a Junior. he should have enough Jr. tape to know of he is an offer or not

Kid is a nice backup plan imo

I think it's FARILY FAIRLY FIARLY safe, with the risk of jinxing lol (if Gogeta is correct that Pough will be a cane, and he sounds plugged in with Mcarthur and this kid in particular ) that these 3 kids will be Canes

Then we get 2-3 from this group (some have offers some don't)...4 if you count Holmes on offense, I have Restrepo offense. (I have Washington as a LB, and I'm notsure he can re-commit at this time). I don't think H. Gray or the Jax kids are coming, JMO (or they'd be in this category) pure speculation on the "tiers", but this group I think are definitely UM quality OR the top of the backup group...And others could emerge

Then I think it goes down to this tier (outside look in BY MY GUESS)...No one here has an offer, whereas "some" of the above group does. Note I am leaving out 5'9 types here, becauese I believe we get Stanley, and we took Couch last year. Moving forward I believe we will focus on 5'10 above at corner, and most safeties aren't that size to begin with. Stokes is probably on the border as far as safeties go.
