Can't close Fire Banda

Both our DB coaches can't close worth a ****. Not even the kids that they coached directly. Blows my f'n mind.

What they both can do is coach, i'd rather have top notch coaches, when you got the #1 pass defense in college football they know what they are doing. Who cares who didnt sign here, celebrate the ones that do and didnt allow themselves to be bought out like that!

Not only have Banda/Rumph shown an embarrassing inability to close, but they also can't read these kids whatsoever.

Rumph hyped up Marco Wilson's announcement right before he committed to UF. Banda pathetically flooded Jobe with Sean Taylor posts right before he flipped and also kept liking/retweeting Stevenson's posts on social media up until the last day before he announced for UGA.

They aren't just losing every contested battle aside from Gurvan Hall, but they also managed to lose a fallback option like Cornelius Nunn to f***ing Syracuse. They're inept on the recruiting trail. Our pass defense ranking this past season was drastically inflated and largely a result of our front four, especially Willis' interior disruption.

Would love to see Diaz send them packing in favor of a worthy Miami DB coach who can both develop and recruit at a high level. It's time.

His only claim to fame is sending front-running tweets

His first safety duo was Rayshawn Jenkins and Jamal Carter. Both were headed to the CFL. Now they are in the NFL.

His second safety duo was Jaquan Johnson and Sheldrick Redwine. Quan was a good player who became an All-American. Redwine was a JAG corner who became an NFL safety.

That’s his track record so far.

Coaching the kids up is half the job requirement.

This us why the Dugan and Hartley flushing is even more disturbing. They were the only ones we had who are taken seriously. Just like Knight's tweet to keep Hartley. Like I said before, both end up at FSU and we're in even deeper ****.

Good coach like rumph but his recruiting leaves a lot to be desired . Him and rumph are in the same boat they are not good recruiters

Remember guys ... the negative recruiting going on "Miami doesn't have a S&C coach", "Miami's HC is a rookie", "Your talent is too great for a mediocre program", "the glory days were gone a long time ago and they ain't coming back"

When you are a big time talent ... those arguments are very persuasive.

Georgia doesn't even have a DC hired. There's every excuse in the book for why big name kids don't sign here. See them every year.
