Camp Observers and/or Insiders

Peter, or any inside camp observers; I'd like to get some reports on the guys who got a 'shirt' last year, and their progression this year. Are any gonna contribute this year in a meaningful way? I'm hopeful that Blue is a surprise, and Dillard gets some burn.

Not an insider but can tell u O'Donnell is among the best punters in the nation, Blue has gained 22 lbs of muscle, Briscoe transferred, Hoilett is improving, Dillard lost 8 lbs of bad weight and Dortch is much improved and will be battling Burns for the 4th CB spot

Jake O'Connel was supposedly pushing the other TEs pretty good in the spring. I don't expect much out of Blue, Hoilett, Dortch, or Dillard this year.
