Richt has been comparing Cam Ward to Charlie Ward since the summer. I don’t recall him saying Cam was better, but I’ve definitely heard him say he reminds him of Charlie in many ways, down to the footwork and throwing motions.

Btw, if anyone is interested…Richt also said last night he is working with UGA to raise money for Parkinson’s and also Crohn’s (his granddaughter has Crohn’s). In the 20-25 years I’ve been watching College Football, I’ve never seen a QB like him.

It also showed that you can't win a conference title without a QB that can challenge a D at every level. If we had Ward in 2017, we win it all.

Same here. It’s nice to see him still working though, and it’s clear he loves Miami. He loves mentioning his “alma mater” and throws up the U every chance he gets. He seems to be having a lot of fun on the ACC Network.
