It isn’t surprising though. Here is how we rank in made kicks by opponents since 2017:

2024: currently 109th
2023: 118th
2022: 110th
2021: 69th
2020: 32nd
2019: 98th
2018: 48th
2017: 129th (dead last!)

Since opponent FG % is largely a random stat (with the rarity of blocks), it would certainly appear opposing kickers are more zeroed in on their kicks when they play us. The only time we finished in the top 3rd was the Covid season.
