Jake Browning - QB - Folsom High (Sacramento area) 6'2" - 185 lbs.
I saw this kid play on TV last nite against De La Salle in the NorCal championship game. He looked very impressive. DLS has one of their better defenses this year and even though he didnt have huge success, he looked better than any 10th grade QB I can ever remember seeing. What's more impressive to me is that he is a true pro styled QB. His numbers this season were playstation-like and again - he's a 10th grader!
Season Stats:
5246 yards
64.6% comp.
63 TD passes <----- RE-READ THAT
17 ints
2 rushing TDs
115 QB rating
In his first HS varsity game ever, against a lower division skool, Jake Browning did the following:
689 yards
10 TD passes
1 int
141 QB rating
.667% comp (34/51)
