Congrats to David. Great way for him to go out. Leads the nation in RBIs and HR, and led his team back to Omaha
 
Kudos to him. Kid made the right choice. Probably would have ended up exacerbating the injury if he tried to play football again and may have sacrificed a ton of money. Good luck to him....even if I hate the Fets.

As a Mets fan I'm fired up to get him. Seems like forever ago people were getting hyped up about him potentially playing QB here.

Wright has been getting dinged up a lot more often recently so it's a smart play. I saw some scouting reports question his arm at 3rd in the pros, but I'm hoping he sticks there.

I think DT ends up at 1st Base in the bigs. Doubt he stays at 3rd with his injury history. Congrats to the kid! He made this season special, and he's had to fight through so many issues to get to this point. He defines All-American.
