What do u guys know about this kid? Can he play safety or corner? 6'3" as outside LB he's a bit skinny. Don't know much about him, but gaining 20 lbs woukd be a nice safety but still light in my opinion. Get at me with tour thoughts.

Thank u Sir

I like his speed 4.5 range laser ....explosive on film....with right training he could easily gain 20 lbs without losing a step..IMO..like I've said before... he reminds me of Darren Lee a kid I saw play several times in person....prolly cuz they have the same body type with upside written all over it.... this kid has big-time potential! IMO

Does he have an offer. Is his dad a former Cane RB? I understand he is very good. This staff putting in some serious evaluating time and making sure no SoFl talent is overlooked.

No but USC(the real one) felt good enough about him to offer in January Gator Hatar

The new era of Line Backing, even in the NFL, is to have speed not so much size, but if you can get both in one package then I say go for it. Apparently he is fast and has rage to be considered a Safety as a LB'er. Guys like him and Nadarius F'agan are the new era hybrid linebackers that can tackle, run sideline to sideline and can pass cover. I remember The Canes changed college football with SS playing LB'er and so forth. I hope the staff focuses on speed at LB'er (Wilder & Miller) and types like James and F'agan.

I agree with this. You look at kids like Brandon James and Nadarius F'agan and they are both perfect for that Rover type Sam position Diaz utilises. I just wonder how the staff is going to prioritize their Safety offers. To me James and F'agan are both takes when you factor in the style of Defense we will be playing going forward. Great problem to have. Holy crap that Ridge team is loaded like nobody's business.
