QB is the difference. Last year FSU had a better Defense and a worst QB they were a worst team. This year better QB not as good defense (they get no pass rush without blitzing) better team. Look at Texas A&M. Look back to Auburn.
We better Hope and Pray that Olsen or Kayaa can beat out Williams next year. If not then get ready to be on the cusp again. Not to write off Williams I think the team will move more consistently with him at the helm. But u would hope that one of your big time QB prospects is ready to take CFB by storm.
I know we have deficiencies at other position but those things can be mitigated by solid QB play and the ability to put up points consistently. There were many plays out there to be made last night.
