WTF was that about?

ND was running at will gaining chuncks at a time and D'onofrio dials up a Blitz on Golston on the running play that Woods takes to the 1.

I want to believe in D'onofrio and that it's just a matter of getting players and them learning the system, but these types of calls make me shake my head.

WHY CALL A BLITZ ON THE QB?

Did Finnie *** up by going for Golston instead of Woods on that play?

Bad awareness.

He should have a better grasp of the situation.

They'd run like 20 times in a row, and he was still charging at Golson even though it clearly wasn't a play action.
