Big Clive or Clutch Clive

It's on Morris. He's open, Morris just likes to go deep instead of checking down.

If Williams was starting Clive would get 7-10 catches a game. (Not saying I think Williams should start.)

Seriously him and sandland too, lets sustain some drive

Absolutely, I still think that the draft hype has really gotten to Morris and he just wants to make big plays and pad his stats.......
These guys are open all game. The last two drives when he started checking down, we marched right down the field on UNC. On that first, yeah he threw another pick, but up to that point we were driving.

I would love to see us open up the middle of the field tomorrow, especially working off play action to the TE. It seems to be non-existent pretty much all year and was especially noticeable against UNC.

With Dorsett out we might see the coaches emphasize using the TE more. We don't have a major deep threat (other than Stacey Coley).

Life, art, and everything else is about contrasts. You want to hurt them deep? Be prepared to hurt them short. You make the TE a star, and your WRs are going to be stars.

Life, and football are made complicated by personalities.

He's tied for 3rd on the team in receptions w/ P. Dorsett.

When the offense stops turning the ball over, he will continue to get more opportunity.

Thread should have ended here. Our QB isn't good in the middle third of the field from 0 to 10 yards, simple as that.

So true, and that is part of Morris's problem this year. He is always looking to go deep with the ball instead of looking for Clive or duke on the check down. I think this will be the key to beating fsu. If he picks his spots here and there, then we should be in the game late into the fourth quarter.

i've been preaching this all season how many te's have come out of miami?! we should of lit up unc; why coley didn't put him in play after seeing the way ebron was being used is beyond me. if he starts seeing more catches per game there's no reason why we shouldn't run the table.
