For a JUCO dude who has a month left to decide, guessing he wouldn't include us (if he does) if it wasn't somewhat serious imo

Kick White, Perry, Cleveland all off the roster if we have to. I want Shockey's mutant distant nephew to go along with Dobard and Johnson.

I really don't think any TE on our roster should feel safe at this point.

Beau is a great TE name too.

Big kid can move and can catch, very impressive.
 
**** I forgot about Dye. He has his degree, he can be shown the door as well.

The big thing is Golden obviously has a soft spot for TEs and he didn't recruit any of those guys. All of them could be shown the door and we probably wouldn't even notice. Dye has had some decent blocks this year but that's about it.

Who is our competition here? OSU seems the obvious choice because they utilize the tight end in their passing game. Don't know enough about ASU and Texas Tech. Nebraska makes no sense to me.

Smh..first I've heard of this guy considering the canes. This staff is putting in work. There has to be a couple of te that will be politely shown the door in the off season.

I would throw 2/3 of our current TEs out the door, Walford is too slow, great volleyball setter but can't catch. Perry doesn't have talent. Cleveland no clue but plays less than Walford, so that doesn't say much. Dye can block.

I would take this kid.

The more I look at our roster the more I want this kid.

I think TJ and Dobard are legit but I don't know how much either can contribute right away. TJ will be a pass catcher but he has a long ways to go if he wants to be a blocker. Dobard has some size but he needs the weight room too.

So either way going into next season I don't see where the production is coming from unless one of those two really outperform realistic expectations. We need a guy right now.
