Bears possibly pursuing Fisch

Really hope it's not OC though, we need continuity at that spot for a change.

Seriously. It would really suck to lose Fisch, he has a bright future and I would like to see him come into his own here. After seeing what he did with Jacory...god I hope he doesn't get poached from us.

/edit - after reading the article I highly doubt that we have anything to worry about. His next coaching move will be NFL OC, not back to NFL QB coach.

Fisch would be "passing game coordinator/consultant" or some dumb **** like that. So he'd be like an assistant OC. Either way, I don't see him leaving Miami this soon unless it's for an NFL OC job.

I also think he wants to finish what he started here. ACC championship maybe a bigger bowl game or something along the lines. I doubt he'd leave after one or even two years.

this.

I just don't see him bailing to be a passing coordinator. If/when he leaves it'll be because he has NFL teams calling him to be their OC.

Mike Tice is a head coach in waiting. He's already been interviewed for a head coaching position since being named the Bears OC. Since the Bears usually promote from within, Fisch would probably be an NFL OC faster with that move than the traditional way.

I'm of the opinion that we will lose coach Fisch withing a year or two. I'd rather we lose him sooner rather than later. The title runs will be in 2014 & 2015. We will need stability then. Losing him after this season or next is prefered.
