Tried to put together a quick overview of BC - Heres what I got:

Gameday : Chestnut Hill, MA - 9/1/12 - 3:30 PM - ABC/ESPN2
Coaches:
Head - Frank Spaziani
OC - Doug Martin
DC - Bill McGovern

Key Returning Offensive Players -

- QB - Chase Rettig (JR) - 2011 Stats - 170 - 315, 1,960 yds, 12TD/9Int (vs. Miami - 13/17, 196, 2/0)
- RB Rolandan Finch (JR) - 2011 Stats - 157car, 705yds, 3 TDs- (vs Miami - 22 - 96, 0TD)
- RB Andre Williams (JR) - 2011 Stats - 124car, 517yds, 4 TDs- (vs Miami - 13 - 52, 0TD)
- RB Tahj Kimble (SO) - 2011 Stats - 43car, 156yds, 1 TD- (vs Miami - 7 -10, 0TD)
They traditionally have one workhorse RB, but it appears they will be taking a RB by committee approach this season
- WR Bobby Swiggert (JR) - 2011 Stats - 44rec, 470yds, 3 TD (vs Miami - 4 - 67, 0TD)
- WR Colin Larmond Jr (SR) - 2011 Stats - 34rec, 528yds, 3TD (vs Miami 0 0-0,0TD)
- OT Emmett Cleary (SR) - 6'7 313lbs
New Contributors
- WR - Harrison Jackson (FR)
- TE - Jarrett Darmstatter (SO)

Key Returning Defensive Players:

- DT - Kaleb Ramsey (SR) 6'3 288
- LB - Kevin Pierre Lewis (JR) 6'1 215 (2nd on team in tackles in 2011 (74) - on Nagurski award watch list)
- LB - Sean Duggan (SO) 6'4 228
- CB - Manny Asprilla - 5'10 167

On paper it should be an easy win. The defensive line last year ranked 119th in sacks. The only reason the defense performed somewhat admirably was due to LB Luke Kuechly who's playing for the Carolina Panthers now. They seem to have some young talent in the defensive backfield, but losing ALJ at CB for several games was a big blow. The offense is led by Chase Rettig, but doesn't have much in terms of playmakers. Their two biggest weapons were Montel Harris and the TE Pantale who won't be playing in the game (Harris kicked off team, Pantale out 6-8 weeks with injury). Colin Larmond seems to be there deep ball/big play threat on the outside. Rettig was sacked 24 times last year, so we should have some success getting to him with our pass rush. Although many don't like opening with an ACC game on the road, we are lucky in the respect that we don't have to play BC in November where cold temps have caused a lot of problems for Miami.

If we don't turn the ball over we should win. I expect a lot better showing from the defense then last year.

BC is the last team Miami played and the last loss of the season. I feel bad for BC. These boys are going to make a statement against them.
