get/download a torrent client (torrent client is a program that you will put the file that spoon just posted into so it can pull data wherever its hosted). alot of people use utorrent,transmission, etc.

After u download client, download file spoon posted, open client, insert file, shoudl start downloading, depending on your internet speed and how many people seeding should take less than hour
