What is happening with recruiting this year? We have 5 seniors leaving after this year and we already have 2 open spots on our roster. That leaves us with 7 spots available for next year. We only have 2 players signed for next year with Reed and Burnett leaving us still with 5 spots open for next year. I'm also not seeing many guys that we are currently recruiting.

Most top recruits sign during the early signing period.
Miami rarely gets top recruits. Building a program is what Coach L will do. Only one guy on the team that just humiliated Duke was a top 50 recruit. I believe Durand was. Larkin might have been top 100 and he didn't pick us originally. Kadji chose Florida first. Trey is a transfer. Reggie Johnson was an out shape kid who redshirted. Gamble a 6-year guy. If nights like tonight become the norm you'll see big names choose Miami regularly.

I am fine with Tonye at center next season. He will be a monster on D and I can live with Swoope and RA as the bench guys, but we need another quality big badly
