I wouldn't get too caught up in "star" ratings.JJ Watt was a lowly regarded 2 star prospect....and look how accurate that was.

Not to throw cold water on folks, but the stars do matter (some)...like 75% of 1st round picks are 4 & 5 star HS recruits...they're not the end-all, be-all but there is some accuracy.

You mean the JJ Watt who was recruited as a TE and went to Central Michigan? If so, that ranking was probably about right. Check his stats there.

If you mean the JJ Watt who then changed positions and schools, neither of which anyone ever saw coming, and ended up an All American...OK. Remember that Wisky took him as a walk on.

People love the outliers in recruiting. Again, there are possibilities and there are probabilities.
