BANDA 14th ranked recruiter for 2020 / Hickson Top 10 by avg. per 247

Banda has always been a pretty good recruiter, he just caught a ton of blowback because whenever people would criticize Rumph in order to defend Rumph they would have to attack Banda.

Truth be told, Banda & Stroud are our best recruiters on Defense, Rumph is solid but struggles locally, but he's good coach & can land a late 25th hour OOS kid so he gets more leeway for his misses.

Patke is the weak link. He can't recruit at all, he's literally never signed anybody & Idgaf what it may say on 247, he hasn't signed a single player during his tenure at Miami.

Baker has to take the reigns as the primary LB coach, he has to hold Patke's water because if it's left up to him our LB recruiting will continue to struggle.

We need 3/4 LB's for the 21 class, I hope Diaz & Baker can get that figured out, if I'm Diaz I'm having Stroud help out with signing LB's too because he does a good job selling the program.

Why not even get a guy like Field or Hickson. Patek is terrible and I don't think he's ready for that role. Stroud is good let him work. Rumph is who he is.. he will pull a late 4* OOS kid out of his ***. Banda is solid. I forgot today was nsd I've been busy... good surprise when I logged on.

If it’s a highly rated or important guy odds are Banda or fields will be involved. Position doesn’t matter.
