Bama & FSU DBs

Yes- I am going crazy waiting for tomorrow .......did anyone notice in the Bama and also the FSU game that their DBs kept "raking" the WRs hands - I counted a half dozen times where I felt there should have been a penalty - I was surprised that Kirk kept saying "you cant call that". I understand the DB can go for the ball however when you pull down the WR's arms before the ball gets there, isnt that a penalty?

Db play is why one of the main reasons that the top programs should be worried about Texas A&M. Still have to wait and see how A&M defense handles a true high powered offense, but they have the oline to give a qb all day to find really big receivers that a lot of db will have trouble covering.

Saw that, kept thinking: they'd call PI on us for sure if we did that.

They missed a huge PI against FSU in the endzone where the DB got their early and raked the arms BEFORE the ball got there and F*ckin Herbie had the nerve to say you can't call that in the game at full speed. If they can't call that, they shouldn't be on the field because that was blatant as ****.

I saw/heard that too, I had no idea what that was about. It was an obvious PI in the end zone with the corner straight pulling the arms down to stop a TD. I get that it was just a shade early and would have been tough to spot, but if the ref was above 50% then it's a call he should make. It was a huge swing of momentum.

The DB pulling the wr's left arm down was a big reason why the wr was unable to come up with the catch. If you can't call that what the **** can you call? Doesn't get any more blatant than that..
