GT is certain on offense... with a new head coach and 2 choices: Triple option which our worst in the world defense destroyed, or a totally new offense in year 1? That literally makes me laugh.
 
From the way it looks we have a 4 game season, and also throw in VT. We have beaten GT the last couple seasons, but in the euphoria of last seasons win is , Paul Johnson had that option rolling against us at one point. They put up alot of points. We do have them at home. UNC is gonna be a big game, thursday night both teams coming off rest. In the past these have been the ACC games we have lost. Can we finally get over this hump? Beat a decent team on the schedule? This will be where we see if Golden's foundation has begun to take root. Are we still struggling against Duke and UVA or are we putting those teams away and learning to win. Then we can even look at games against UF and FSU. Those games we just have to give ourselves a chance. Last year every big game we got blown out. Hopefully we can take that next step.

If you have been a Miami fan then you realize we are actually known of late to beat big teams and then blow it against lowly teams. Beating oklahoma(lucky for us Bradford was hurt), ohio State then losing to Virginia and unc

Unfortunately to add to the big team wins...it seems we have a tendency to get blown out by the big boys at their place and then squeek by at home (KSU/OU/OSU, etc...) A win is a win, but I would like us perform well on the big stage again. First order of business is to win every home game. I hate when we lose, but the drive back from Sunlife to the Tampa area is AWFUL when we lose. Second HOOAH issue is for us to win the coastal. Third major HOOAH is to win the ACC Championship. Fourth major HOOAH is to win the Orange Bowl. I won't mention the next one because we are not there yet. (yes...I was in the military)

If we lose to UNC, or UVA, or GT, time to head in a new coaching direction. We will NEVER beat anyone, ever, if we can't distance ourselves from these bad programs this year.

You think 2014 will be better? If we lose to those sorry *** clowns in 2013 with a fourth year tsarting QB, we are done in '14.

Everyone has an option based on a lot of factors from last year, both good and bad. I say that's why we play the game!

Just FYI GT does not have a new coach. **** head Paul Johnson is still there.
 
I think we need to at least split the swamp scum and wide right games, and win the rest. Have to stop losing to teams we should beat. Nasty condition that was caught under Larry, became epidemic under Randy and has been no better under Al. I am sold on this staff, but losing to UVA and such has to stop. NC still has Butch juice in system and he clearly just loved beating us. But that game has to become a sure win too. But I will take a win over the swamp scum and SEC and live with one more of those "how did we lose that game" this year if need be. We will need the 2014 class staff is building to really improve the D to what we need, so this year's road games will still be at issue. The first thing you pack for a road game is your defense. This years suitcase looks better but still some space in it.
 
As much as I want to beat UF and FSU the UNC game is the one we can not lose. It would put us in a bad spot in the coastal.
 
I'll take 10-2 however it comes.. would like that to be with an ACCCG appearance and a bowl win.
