I stopped reading when it said Marve had "clearly" violated rules. These guys use words like that because they're trying to trash Miami. That Dodd guy definitely hates Miami.

Dude has to be doing something up there in UL too. When it's assistants like that, doing it in multiple schools, I don't think the school should be punished as much as the coach. Hopefully, the NCAA sees that.

Not to bring up Jenn again but she can comfirm...That one of the times Marves was suppose to be out breaking the rules with the jock-sniffing imp... he was with her the whole time

Th comments on the article were better than the article itself. Louisville fans are sweating cause they knew hurry will be out with a show cause for a minimum of 2 years. Charlie strong rolled the dice and is holding on to hurry as long as he can to pull in a few more players from Miami. Charlie strong is garbage too. I hope Louisville gets smacked down for their recruiting violations.

That is incorrect. 32.3.8.1 applies to athletics personnel, while 32.3.8.2 applies to student athletes and prospective student athletes. Immunity cannot be granted in either case unless the information provided is not available from other sources. That's an important point.

you dont give the main violator immunity. If anyone gets immunity, they will have someone like Pannunzio talk to bring down coaches who were more involved. Otherwise, it would be like Madoff talking to the feds so he could bring down his underlings and letting him walk away unscathed.
