I feel like people who post this don't know ball

you know how hard it is to stop a team that already has decided to go for it on 4th down nearly every time?

we stopped it three times, d played excellent outside of the last minute

Here is where we are on our opponent's 4th down attempts/conversions.

Florida: 1-2 (50%)
FAMU: 0-0
Ball St: 0-1 (0%)
USF: 1-1 (100%)
VT: 0-1 (0%)
CAL: 1-2 (50%)
Louisville: 3-3 (100%)
FSU: 4-7 (57%)

Overall: 10-17 (59%)

Our opponents are converting at almost 60% successful rate. I don't know where that ranks, but I would like to see that a lot lower. I know our offense is actually converting at a higher rate than that on our 4th down attempts.

60% is bad and our defense has been ***, I'm not defending them. However, something that wouldn't show up in the stats in the necessity of teams going for it because they are losing due to Ward and the offense being so potent.

We are forcing teams to go for it in situations they probably would not have otherwise. Even though 60% is bad, it's not bad good enough to show Ls for us.

The defense looked decent tonight, but I believe that was due to the Semenholes ineptitude. Hopefully, they use the fuel to shore up some the problems they have.
