From everything I've read about Denis the staff is not really into him. He keeps complaining about the coaches not giving him love so for whatever reason I have to assume he's just a back up option at this point

Good for Denis. If we won't take his verbal, you can't begrudge him wanting to land at another great program. And while I don't expect Cristobal to ever win the big one, he's assembling enough talent to have 9+W every year in the PAC10. There are enough Florida kid there now that Denis won't feel out of place.
