Anyone else having issues accessing CiS the last 24 hours?

Getting "cannot identify server" notices on my phone, can only see the mobile site, the full site looks all white, no images and everything is in a list view.

Also, I see blue ? boxes for all images and signing in has been a pain in the ***.
