Maybe his wife pulls a Mrs. Hocutt & says lets get out of So Fla?

I know he is bad but you just know some stupid Big East team would hire him

I got this feeling the more heat the fan base appliez the quicker his wifey sez lets bolt

Outside of Kehoe, wouldn't be surprised if any of the other coaches bolted, including Golden. This has been a trying season for the entire program, players, coaches and fans. Wouldn't question any coach who jumped ship for greener pastures at this point.

I would like to see the coaching staff stay in tact for another year. Continuity is underrated. It took 10 years to ***** up the program; it's going to take another 1-2 to right the ship.

Al needs to fire D'Onofrio. It's that simple. We don't need more continuity on the defensive side of things. We simply need a mass overhaul.

Not going to happen.. The same guys fielded a 16th ranked D at temple....there's a history of success there which al can always point to and justify Donofrios job

I guess we should've kept Coker, because we could always point to his 2001 season. Ya know, history of success and all.

Not going to happen. Arent they best friends?? Even roommates at Penn State?? The most we could hope for is that Paul Williams get a promotion to Co-coordinator and then we would have atleast one coach with proven coaching skills assisting with the playcalling.

The only difference is that donof and golden built that defense..Coker didn't build that 01 team

People don't respond bc it is inconceivably absurd to think there is any chance much less a "realistic" one that Donofrio would walk away after two years as defensive coordinator. He and golden have recruited a ton of young talent that they expect will pay huge dividends in a couple of years, when those guys mature physically and mentally.

And the comparison to the former athletic director is equally lacking in rational thought. Leaving here to go to a better program w/ far more financial resources, and a significant pay raise was an easy decision, particularly where UM is on the cusp of what appear to be significant sanctions.

But keep sharing your well thought out "feeling" with the board. It makes for fascinating reading.

D'Onofrio will NOT pick up on his own and leave.

Miami does not now, nor for the past several years had that kind of luck.
