If he would have been in better shape in college he could've been a much better player.

He had one great game as a 'Cane - '06 BC (I think that was it but those years are starting to run together now). But man, what a difference a guy like him would make on the 2013 'Canes. It was always clear he would really reach his potential in the NFL rather than in college, though.

Happy for him though and glad he's made it in the NFL and is able to provide for his family now.
