If it is a new prospect its category 20 and its most likely not the portal because when its been the portal he has specified that

Proabaly over analyzing... But Id guess both are for TVD..

First one was yesterday maybe when they got news of it so he posted that eye of the hurricane showing something was on deck..

The Second tweet looks like the hurricane has landed ashore... i.e meaning TVD news is broken and arrived.
