Why are the URLs for all GIFs changing to CiS URLs and why are the images themselves changing?

I posted a Ric Flair GIF in this thread

and it changed to a GIF of Spence sacking Tebow.

I posted a pic of Glue Hands Aldarius in the countdown thread and it changed to a pic of Phillip Buchanon.

I have a problem with the smileys. The selection box that comes up is way too wide for the screen, and it becomes near impossible to use on my phone. Also when the new smileys were added,I lost the old ones. Any way to combine them so we can access the laughing ibis, neon U, etc.? Thanks in advance.

I posted a GIF of Tyriq slamming the GT QB and it turned to Fred Sanford. Maybe the forum was having a heart attack after seeing it?

External Images / Gifs
The purpose of moving images into our file system opposed to having them linked is from time to time threads would get hung up loading because the other site was running slow and it would hang on the image. It is also better for security to have all content loading from our domain. For whatever reason there seems to be an issue with the system in retrieving the right image. For now I turned off the feature and images will allowed to continue to be linked from an external source.

Expanded Smilies Window
The devin hester smilie was causing this the widow to be wider since this smilie is several hundred pixels in width. I removed this smilie so the window should be fine on a computer. As far as mobile goes ckeditor which is the editor vbulletin uses is not designed for mobile devices and is not recommended. If you use the full site on your phone you will have some issues from time to time. The ibis smilie is still there, you just need to click the more button since we have a lot more smilies due to the request of adding the WEZ smilies set.
