our numbers should automatically go up if we can get our defense off the field. talent wise we are better as #37 overall is deceiving as we ran less plays than all those teams above.

Agree, also drops killed us or else we'd be in 20 range. There were that many big yardage drops!

Gator OL is better than those sack numbers. This has been discussed before.

Driskell, on the other hand...

I saw Florida live twice last year. They played conservative on offense for a reason, to beat people in submission with their running game and let their defense and special teams win the game. It worked well for last year's team, but I'm not sold on that being helpful for them this year with all their departed talent on defense. They will have to score more and I think everyone knows that.

The Miami-Florida game is very intriguing, ****es me off this is a noon game.

What was he running into defensive ends on purpose? Those #'s are awful & I do blame part of that on lack of depth

I don't know if it was on purpose or not, but it sure looked that way.

I can't think of another QB who took so many unnecessary sacks in one season before. It was embarrassing.

Gators OL are some roadgraters for run blocking

I've heard this but they allowed a awful amount of tackles for losses. I'm not buying & they have **** for depth. They'll be gassed by halftime.

Depth is actually pretty good. You guys are putting way too much stock in the not having a spring game thing. I would say the team blocked better as the game went on last year and wore people down. The team has 4 quality back ups on the Oline

We should beat the scum at home but it will all depend on if we stop the running game better than we did last year. If the put up 200+ yards on the ground, Driskell can be crap and they may win the game and we are back to Fire No D.

I live in $EC Country so I saw a few games last year and I wasn't impressed with UFag's OL. They **** the bed against Missouru and **** near loss the game. I'm just not convinced they're a good OL. Again allowed too many sacks and TFL's to fall into the good category.

They beat up FSUs mighty defensive line most of us ***** about not having late in the game. Something our Kline couldn't do at home.

FSPooo's DL I believe had several injuries & plus it's FSPooo. Since when have they ever played a consistent season? Cough NC State

Oline was pretty beat up at that time and Sheldon Richardson was the top DT in the country last year. He played great that game. Did you watch the LSU game or the FSU game. They could not pass block very well last year but part of that was on Driskel.

This years Oline is a lot different though. The best 2 to 3 players return while the liabilities are being replaced by better talent. Do they live up to that talent is the question.
