If he improved with his down and distance accumen (ie, stops throwing short on 3rd), I think he is going to be great this season.

The O line failed him at lot more than I realized against the better defenses (UNC, FSU, ND, KSU), and IMO, a lot of the playcalling lapsed at times (went away from successful running plays for 1st down 1 yard passing plays, etc), his recievers dropped hundreds of passes, and he really didn't throw many INTs.

I always thought he looked extremely slow, but after looking at some clips, the D line knew he was passing, and were all over him on many occasions.

I hope for great things from him this season, and will no longer refer to him as the "Mummy".

get comfortable, Just knowing he worked on alot of things this offseason to improve his play and one year under his belt plus a spring its going to be exciting to see how he evolves and if he can be that "guy" we can depend on to be a playmaker.
 
He looked nasty in the spring game, much more accurate. Will be a beast, especially against the teams we play.

Don't let the gators fool you. Morris did not have that bad of a game at unc. He started off with some fiery throws that showed good strength.

Nah man. He was bad. Forced Jacory-Esque throws over and over again. He was a victim of his own deep pass success IMO. UNC took it away and he never adjusted.
 
Morris is a great kid who is poised for a big year, the band wagon is full and steaming right to the top of the ACC.

Smokey, you're tubing behind the Morris speedboat at this point. You're enjoying one **** of a ride and are watching everything unfold, but you're not on the speedboat with all the hot chix. I guess I'm on the tube too since I also am not 100% sold on a guy that hasn't really done anything of note against a good/great team. It's all about 9/7. We'll know exactly where we stand on so many levels at 4pm that day.

No.

Am I in full ****** mode? Yes. Would I be claiming a victory over UiF if Kirnobyl was our QB? Probably.

Its all relative.

I too am a full-fledged ****** right now. I don't recall ever being this much of a homer 48 hours before a season opener maybe ever.
 
Week to week...he needs a solid half friday night..they are going to stack the box and make Him Beat them...he needs to do just that

We shall see....the game will speed up 100% on the 7th
