Golden just gets how to motivate these kids. I love the line about needing them to grow up quick and to do that they need to be willing to trade their Facebook for their playbook. This team will win 8 this season, at least.

Talked about what he's doing now. Going around doing the alumni stuff. Getting practices ready. Studying the first 4 teams on the schedule. Getting good feedback from the guys already on the team and Swasey about the freshmans coming in. Lots of young guys will get playing time. How much is up to them in how hard they work and if they can "put down the facebook for the playbook."
