hes not going to prison. unless he has a record, **** pay some fines and get into some kind of pretrial diversion program. no state would waste tax dollars for 30 dollar charges on a stolen credit card.

No where in that breaking news headline did it mention that the kid attends Marshall. I wonder why?

A highly-touted member of Miami’s 2012 recruiting class, Angelo Jean-Louis was an academic non-qualifier and instead enrolled at Fork Union Military Academy in Virginia. In December, the wide receiver surprised many by signing with Marshall.
 
Hope he gets a second chance. But I agree with the poster that there is nothing to see here. He will be ready for Fall ball. Just probably tryna scare the kid str8 and let him know hes not in Palm Beach anymore. Up in those parts they will lock you up and throw away the key for even a $30 fraudulant CC transaction.
